MANGO DRYING OPERATION
Another facet of the farming operation is a solar powered mango drying facility. A full time Haitian supervisor oversees the mango drying operation. Dried mangos are packaged and sold to local businesses and mission volunteers. We are currently looking for distributors in the US and elsewhere. From first hand experience, these mangos are delicious and can be preserved for a long period of time!
